Traffic and Safety Impact Assessment

SANDAG published a Traffic and Safety Impact Assessment for the project on March 27, 2018. Preparation of this assessment is required before the SANDAG Board of Directors can make a determination that the proposed project is exempt from CEQA under Public Resources Code Section 21080.20.5.

The SANDAG Transportation Committee is anticipated to consider whether the proposed project is exempt from CEQA at its May 18, 2018 meeting. Comments collected at the public hearing and open house, and responses to those comments will be provided to the Transportation Committee for consideration before the May 18, 2018 meeting.

Open House and Public Hearing held April 11, 2018

Door hangers in English and en Español were distributed to more than 10,600 homes and businesses along the project corridor providing notice for the Open House and Public Hearing during the week of April 2, 2018.
