The SR-76 Corridor begins at I-5 in the City of Oceanside, Intersects I-15 in North San Diego County and ends at SR-79 in the most northeasterly corner of San Diego County. The release date for the DRAFT EIS/EIR was September of 2007. Construction is proposed to begin on the SR-76 Middle Segment in 2009 and the East Segment in 2011.
