The Super Loop Transit Project is a new circulator transit route that will provide frequent, higher speed transit service and upgraded transit station and vehicle amenities within the North University City area of San Diego.

The Super Loop will connect activity centers around the North University City and Golden Triangle area including: University Towne Centre; La Jolla Village Square/La Jolla Village Center; University of California, San Diego; Executive Drive/Genesee Avenue office clusters; and Nobel Park (library, park, and research facilities).

The transit service is proposed to operate from the early morning to late evening. Currently, the proposed route alignment includes: east and west along Nobel Drive; north and south along Judicial Drive; east and west along Executive, Voigt, and Gilman drives; and north and south along Gilman Drive.
