The new Miramar College Transit Station is located at Miramar College, along Hillery Drive and Westview Parkway at the base of the Mira Mesa Direct Access Ramp (DAR). It includes enhanced bus staging areas, shelters, and next bus arrival signs.

Construction began in July 2012 and was completed in October 2014. The new DAR opened on October 6 and the transit station opened on October 12. The station is a new stop for Rapid 235 from Escondido to Downtown San Diego and Rapid 237 from Rancho Bernardo to Gilman Transit Center (UC San Diego). Rapid vehicles will use the DAR to connect to the I-15 Express Lanes from Hillery Drive. Local routes 20, 31, 110, 921, 964 also will use the station.
